Escobedo Jr is a close-bred Cottingham's Redman dog that goes against the grain in that he is extremely powerful and superbly athletic. In a few short generations we have fixed the traditional Bass Tramp Redboy shortcomings of lacking power and bite. Our Redboy dogs, especially Escobedo Jr, excel in these qualities. He is abundantly reproducing these qualities in his offspring. We currently have the best bred offspring from Dog of the Decade El Titere. He is a blend of high quality Redboy, Chinaman and Alligator blood. Logical strategies for breeding Nascar include choosing select females from his source bloodlines and fortifying those portions of his pedigree in his offspring. The other logical strategy involves linebreeding or inbreeding him with close relatives directly from the immortal El Titere. We have selected the former strategy with this breeding. This quest began 2 years ago when we acquired El Titere semen from SM. We used it to inseminate the Tommie Gee female who is a daughter of El Titere to a fine Chinaman bitch named Whisper. We produced and raised a litter of 7 from this mating and we are very pleased with these impeccably bred animals. In this breeding we bred one of these beautifully conformed, high drive, doublebred El Titere daughters named Tavia to the super-impressive Escobedo Jr to fortify the Redboy portion of the El Titere pedigree.
