The first responsibility of a breeder and true steward of our breed is to preserve our most cherished genetics for long term benefit. After the future is secured, we can try new and interesting formulations that will occasionally uncover goldmines of opportunity. The latter type endeavor created the great Daytona dog, a product of breeding the amazing Nascar dog to the apex Eli genes in Garner's "Logo". Daytona is phenotypically on a different level and early indications are that he reproduces himself. Here we are breeding Daytona to a top sheld Eli female in Betty Boop.   She has produced numerous superior quality offspring when she has been bred tight.
